Shipping & Pickup
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our shop in Groton, Massachusetts.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the way.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes! Choose “Pickup in store” at checkout. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours during store days.
Store hours:
Thursday–Saturday: 10 AM – 5 PM | Sunday: 10 AM – 2 PM
Note: Orders placed Sunday–Wednesday will be prepped once we reopen on Thursday.
Gift Options
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes! Add a message in the cart and we’ll handwrite it for you.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do our best to offer gift wrap based on the item. Just leave a note in your cart — we’ll try to make it special! Some larger or unusually shaped items may not be eligible.
Returns
What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days on unused, non-seasonal items in original condition.

Product Availability
What if something is out of stock or I need more?
Many items are small batch or one-of-a-kind, but it may be possible to special order more. Just ask — we’re happy to check for you!
