Return Policy
We hope every piece you choose from Coco’s feels just right in your home—but if it doesn’t, we’re here to help. We accept returns for store credit or a refund to your original payment method, depending on how the order was placed. Our goal is to make the return process as smooth and straightforward as possible—so you can shop with confidence and peace of mind.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your item was delivered to initiate a return.
What Can Be Returned
We accept returns for:
- Items that didn’t meet your expectations or if you simply changed your mind
- Products that were received as gifts and you'd prefer to exchange for something else
- Items that are unused and in original condition and packaging
Please note: Final sale items, custom pieces, and seasonal décor may not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping Fee
All returns are subject to a flat $7.95 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Exceptions: If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, you will not be charged a return shipping fee. Just upload a photo during the return process, and we’ll take care of it.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift, you’ll receive a store credit in the form of a digital gift card after we receive your return. (Please note: original purchasers will not be notified.)
