We want you to feel confident shopping at Coco Home. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, with refunds or store credit available depending on the purchase.

Return Shipping Fee

For returns by mail, a flat $7.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

If you order arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping cost. Please include a photo when submitting your return request so we can help resolve the issue. 

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift, you’ll receive a store credit in the form of a digital gift card after we receive your return. (Please note: original purchasers will not be notified.)
