Shipping Information

At Coco Home Décor & Gifts, we take care in packaging and shipping every order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Order Processing

 All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note: During holidays or scheduled store closures, fulfillment times may be slightly delayed. We’ll always do our best to communicate any changes and get your order shipped as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order:

Orders up to 5 lbs: $4.90

Orders 5–14 lbs: $12.90

Orders 15–70 lbs: $19.90

Orders over $150: Free standard shipping

We ship via UPS Ground (5–8 business days). If you need an item expedited, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Local Pickup

Local to Groton, MA? Stop by our 214 Main Street location to shop in person or arrange in-store pickup. Please contact us in advance so we can have your order ready.

Packaging

All orders are carefully wrapped to protect your items in transit. We use recyclable and minimal packaging whenever possible to reduce waste.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact UPS directly using your tracking number. Of course, we’re always happy to help troubleshoot where we can.
